Assessment Report for the Mining and Minerals Division (MMD) of the New Mexico Energy,
Minerals and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD) in compliance with the Professional
Service Agreement dated November 2, 2009. INTERA visited the Blackhawk, Bunney, Red
Bluff Nos. 7, 8, and 10, and UDC No. 1 Site (AUM Site), MMD ID: NM0074 on April 7, 2010
and April 8, 2010.
